Why a six-week minimum?
Product problems are structural. Anything shorter produces screens that look better and work the same — which is the most expensive outcome available.
Do you work with our engineers?
Yes, directly. Weekly review in the browser, not in Figma, and two weeks of QA against the real build after hand-off.
Who owns the files?
You do, on final payment — source files, tokens and the decision log. No retainer required to keep using them.
Can you start next week?
Usually no. The next slot is early October. One project at a time is why the dates hold.
How does VAT work?
Prices exclude VAT. EU-registered businesses are invoiced under reverse charge — send your VAT ID with the enquiry. 50% on signature, 50% on hand-off, IBAN.
What if it isn't a fit?
You get a written no with the reason, usually inside a day, and a recommendation of someone better suited. No call required.
