Built for European rules
Compliance is part of the deliverable, not a later project. Procurement teams in the EU ask for all four of these — you will have them.
GDPR by construction
Self-hosted fonts, no third-party analytics, forms posting to your own endpoint. Nothing to consent to, so no cookie banner.
WCAG 2.2 AA
Contrast, focus order and keyboard completeness designed from week one and noted per screen — not audited at the end.
European Accessibility Act
Public-sector and enterprise procurement now asks for evidence. You get documentation you can attach to a tender.
EU invoicing
Invoiced from an EU entity in EUR, reverse charge for VAT-registered businesses, IBAN payment, 50/50 split.
Are these fixed prices?
They are minimums. After a scoping call you get one fixed number and fixed dates — that number does not move unless you change the scope in writing.
How do you invoice?
50% on signature, 50% on hand-off. Prices exclude VAT; EU-registered businesses are invoiced under reverse charge with your VAT ID on the invoice.
How many revisions?
Unlimited within the agreed direction. Changing direction after week three moves the dates, and we say so before it happens.
Who owns the work?
You do, on final payment: source files, tokens and the decision log. No retainer required to keep using any of it.
Can you cancel?
Either side, in writing, with one week's notice. You pay for the weeks worked and receive everything produced up to that point.
Do you do smaller jobs?
No. Below €1,400 the work becomes a favour and the quality slips — we would rather recommend someone who does that well.
